Gravitation: Lustre

Gravitation Luster is a striking work from my Gravitation series, where deep maroons, aubergines and chocolate tones draw the eye inward toward a luminous, glowing centre of warm amber and soft white. From a distance, the surface feels seamless and immersive; up close, it reveals a rich field of hand-applied, layered marks. This interplay between softness and detail creates a quiet pull—an almost magnetic sense of depth—making the piece feel both grounded and radiant. A truly unique work that can be displayed in either orientation.
